Why I Changed For My Family’s Health:
When I was expecting my first child, I really started thinking about how I was living. Having a child really does change things. First, I looked at our diet – which wasn’t great, but not terrible either! Then, I started using Young Living essential oils and LOVED them. The company sells other products, too, which are infused with essential oils. That made me start to look at the products that we were using: shampoo, lotions, candles, soaps, etc. To top it all off, my small group started a Bible study on The Daniel Plan. This book is used with the study book that is very informative and explains a lot. Lastly, there is a cookbook with some great recipes!
Information about Health Comes From:
I have two friends who are studying homeopathic ways and they have shared lots of great information with me. Much of this information is available online. You just have to know what you are looking for and go find it! I like to find the same information on several different reputable sites to confirm that it is accurate.
Make one small change every week!
